Rare 1940's Goodyear tires cardboard sign - $50 in Chilliwack, British Columbia for sale

I have up for sale a very rare,1940's Goodyear tires cardboard advertising sign.

The sign is in 2 pieces and stands 37 inches tall and 28 inches wide.

From the research I've done they are not easy to find in any condition.
